Yesterday it was my daughters birthday, 24!

So time for a birthday party

Just like our knitting conference of my last post,

it has to be a skype birthday party this year.

Last week I send her some presents for her birthday
and for our upcoming Sinterklaasparty.
Although they parcel arrived on time in Finland,
it was not possible for her to pick it up somehow.
So no presents on her birthday....
but luckily she could pick up the parcel today!
For her birthday 

I made her this skirt, which (hopefully) fit the 

cardigan she knitted herself a while ago

Gisteren was dochterlief jarig en werd zij 24!

Dus tijd voor een feestje.

Het zal dit jaar echter, 
net als onze brei-conferentie van mijn vorige post,

 een skype-verjaardags-feestje worden!

Afgelopen week heb ik haar verjaardagskadootjes 
en ook alvast haar sinterklaas-kadootjes opgestuurd.
En hoewel het pakketje met haar kadootjes keurig
op tijd in Finland was, was het toch niet mogelijk voor
haar om het op te halen bij het postkantoor,
dus helaas had ze de kadootjes niet op haar verjaardag....

Ik heb een rok voor haar gemaakt, die (hoop ik)

bij het vestje past wat ze laatst gebreid heeft.

Hopefully the skirt fit her and the cardigan well......
